Why does Zillow show 75% of the lowest priced condos next to my Townhouse for sale?

I am trying to sell a Townhouse on Zillow and next to my property is listed the lowest condos that sold in the development.  Zillow does not have listed the 2009 Townhouses that sold for $190,000 nor does it have the Townhouse that sold on the lake for $195,000.  Who is responsible for giving Zillow the lowest one bedroom condos sales to place next to the Townhouse I'm selling that is in mint condition?

well,according to zillow those are the comps for your neighborhood...
with that said do you have addresses for the townhomes went for 190k
I do see that you are selling for 215k so i am sure it is frustating to see the other properties being valued at 135k etc...
Zillow does have tucked away how to use the "comps" hopefully when buyers see them, they took the time to read and fully understand them.


also how far are the other townhomes that sold in 2009 from you?

They are using the lowest selling condos in the development and they are using Condo sales rather then Townhouse sale prices.
