Why does Zillow suddenly show a price decrease for my home of about $170,000?

On June 2, 2011 the Zillow price estimate was $1,080,000 for our home.  Now, the estimate is $845,700.  We did not receive any notice during the month of June about the price going down, only price going up.  Why did this happen?

On June 13th Zillow rolled out a new algorithm for calculation of the Zestimates.   You can read more here.

The E-mail you received had a note it:
"On June 13, the Zestimate algorithm and history were updated. Learn more"
