Why does it take so long for Zillow to sweep and include new multiple listings? There are listings

that's right, because Zillow doesn't sell houses - they just sell information about houses. If you want all listing data, you need to go to a site that is a real estate website to get all info. My brokerage has a direct data feed to Zillow, but not all do.

In other words: Zillow is not a member of the NWMLS.  If your agent is not in one of the companies that feeds directly to Zillow, then they need to go through a 3rd party syndicator.  At any rate, as Wetdawgs points out, it can easily take 1-3 days.
There can also be issues with one of you (owner or agent) editing directly on the Zillow site.  Site edits used to over-ride feed edits though I think that has been upgraded.

Hi Badger 1313 -

Wetdawgs is right. We don't always and directly receive feeds from MLS. Kindly check or confirm if the MLS company or your real estate agent's company syndicates their listings to Zillow.

Thank you.

Your question appears to be truncated.

Zillow updates from data feeds every 48 to 72 h.  There are many houses that are for sale that the agent hasn't put in a data feed to Zillow, therefore, just because it is on the MLS doesn't mean that Zillow has a data feed including the house.
