Random Agents show up because they either paid for a zipcode or because of listings/help they've given Zillow Clients.

The Premier Agents are those that are actively working the business and the buyer leads associated with them in your area.  Many of the Premier Agents pay these fees to zillow to market thier own business as well.  This is a selling point for Premier Agents when they do list the properties.  The listing agent information is available on the listing, but the Premier Agents information is available because they have made it part of their business plan to actively pursue these questions.

Your Zillow listing should have your listing agent's information available, albeit not in the most visible of positions on the home info page.  It is at the very bottom left hand corner of the page.  The 'random' agents that pop up when someone requests information about your house are those that ideally are active on Zillow, and whom Zillow feel can best help visitors to their site in their search for real estate information.  It's also a way for Zillow to generate revenue by selling 2 of the positions with their Premier Agent positions.  If you would like to see your listing agent's name pop up when people are looking at your home, suggest to them that they register on Zillow, and or purchase a Featured Listing for your home.  Otherwise, they won't appear in the areas where most people look for contact info on the home.
