Hi CalSag -

Thanks for the follow-up questions.

Other than tax assessments, we use public-transactional data to come up with Zestimate. Also, the user-created property is missing Price History and Tax History information.

The first home id ( 2billion something) was created when a make me move was created late last year.   It does not have the tax assessment history for the property.   The other one 59xxxx was the one created from the public data, so includes the tax assessment data.  (tax assessment is used in the Zestimate algorithm)

Your neighbors seem to have slightly higher tax assessments on their homes.

Hi Ice,
Why is the " accuracy of data we use to calculate for each home" different if we are talking about the same house?
I would like it if you could delete the incorrect Zestimate.
Hot tip: check the evals on my immediate neighbor's houses (east & west)
as these 3 houses are identical models, all built around the same time.
Thanks,
CalSag

The first one is a duplicate. The Zestimates are differing because of the amount and accuracy of data we use to calculate for each home.

We can send the duplicate for deletion if you want.
