Thats a good question I am not sure why, your best bet is to contact a local agent in your area so they can do a more precise market anaysis you also have to consider condition of the home and if any updates to the home along with what other homes have sold in your area.

Once could be a duplicate or manually created and is usually a remnant of the property being listed in the past.
