Why does my home show up twice on 15449 N Cabrillo Dr, Fountain Hills, AZ? Please help.

My home on 15449 N Cabrillo Dr, Fountain Hills, AZ shows up twice. When you first enter the address it will show up correctly under SHOWING ($614,600). If you go to OR ARE YOU LOOKING FOR, it shows up incorectly ($444,000) and needs to be deleted. Why are there two listings for the same home. Please help.

I almost forgot but there is a another duplicate showing up. 15449 N Cabrillo Dr, #OV, Fountain Hills, AZ. Zestimate $249,100. I don't know what OV means. That could have been the original land, before the home was built. Would you please delete as well. Thanks. Silvia
