Hi randyp910 -

Zestimate, a starting point to know a home's market value, is generated using zillions of data including number of beds and bath, square footage, price and tax history and the like. This doesn't include special features like views, materials used etc since we don't go to houses personally. You can update as much facts as possible by claiming the house. Just a heads up, we can't guarantee what direction the Zestimate will go, if it will increase or decrease or if it will change at all. If it will, it would reflect after 8 weeks or so.

By the way, this and this are duplicates of your property which I can send for deletion. Duplicates are usually created when a property is listed for sale.
