Keep in mind that since Zillow pulls listing information from other sites like postlets.com, the agent may not even be aware that this listing comes up as their listing on Zillow.

I've created postlets before for open houses that I've done for other agent's listings and had those pop up as my listings on Zillow.

I'd recommed calling or e-mailing the agent and letting them know about the error. They are likely unaware of the issue.

Hi Liza & Robert -

The agent posted the home for sale via an automated data feed from NUMBER1EXPERT. I have already advised her to remove this listing from the source of the feed so it will no longer be marked as for sale under her representation when zillow updates the website or checks the feed.

Print out he page showing the agent information and file a complaint with the board. Make sure if it is coming from the valley to send the complaint to SRAR. After you print out the page you can then go in and take over the listing.

If it is an agent I know. I'd give them a call first and let them know that I was not too happy and probably move on, but if it is an agent I don't know they are getting turned in.
