You may be able to troubleshoot this yourself.. Usually what it means is that one of the data feed sources still has an active listing, and needs to be inactivated totally.
Start with the home details page of the troublesome property. Scroll to the very bottom and look for the blue listing website. Click on it and identify the root of the problem. I noticed one of your listings comes from listhub as the data source, and the other from Podley properties.
