Usually a house still shows for sale on Zillow because the listing agent forgot to remove it from their data feed. You can find the source of this long expired listing by going to the bottom of the property details page and looking for an active (blue) listing website or source. If you find the listing source, then identify it, call the agent (or broker) and ask that it be removed.
If there is no active listing source, Zillow customer service can remove it from "for sale" status. Open the property details page, click on "edit" then use "report problem with home/listing". (It may take a couple of weeks or more to change).
Texas is a hard state for Zestimates as sales prices are not public.
