Why does the mls show a considerable lower price on my future home?

Seller accepted my offer, inspection is scheduled for tomorrow.  But why is the mls listing a price lower then it was last week?

1. Could be a typo.
2. Could be a price reduction was made and you didn't know about it.
3. Could be you're not looking at the real MLS.

I sometimes have problems with some corporate sellers doing a reduction on their site ahead of notifying me, their listing agent.
It gets uncomfortable if negotiations are going on and this happens.
