Why does the selling price for my house show only the 3% deposit?

The selling price of the house I bought last summer shows $14,000 on Zillow.  This is actually the value of the 3% deposit.  The price should be $469,000.  Is this a bug in the Zillow data collection process?

Since Zillow gets it's information from the county recorders office it could be an input error or their part. What is the address? I will check the county recorders for you.
