Thanks. I called Zillow and they did tell me they are having issues and would let me know when they resolved it. I do a lot of web/graphics work and this one really stumped me. I appreciate your help.

It always seems to work, but I saw on another thread that it's a Zillow issue today. I'm flagging your thread to call further attention to the problem.

I did it and it still doesn't work. I do a lot online and have never had this much trouble.
