Sorry for the trouble you're having searching. I can confirm that this is a known bug that we are working on fixing.

Thank you Lindsey, I presumed it was a glitch and hoped to somehow get the problem on their radar.

That's a very good question Michael! We've listed this home as a condo, but yet it still states that it's a single family home. And I would imagine this is frustrating for you as you are only interested in viewing single family houses. It may very well be a glich in Zillow's program. I have a Zillow rep I can contact! Thanks for the heads up!

MJS,
Zillow only lists properties that have been put up for sale by either owners themselves, or Realtors that are looking for additional exposure for their listings. Most of the things that are up for sale will not show up on this web site, because it has to be manually added directly to Zillow. For a larger amount of available properties, and more specific parameters, you might want to contact a realtor.

Thank you but the search parameters allow you to search for a condominium (an apartment or unit) for sale or a Single Family Home (a stand alone building, a house - different from townhome). I'm afraid condos and single family homes are two entirely different animals. I'm looking for a stand alone HOUSE (SF) not an apartment to own (Condo).

It comes up in SF (single family) because it's a condo that's for sale, not the entire building.
Hope this helps

Why does this prop come up in SF search??
