Many factors go into determining the value of a home. Size is one, but age, condition, view , number of beds/baths etc also play into this particular equation. Your best option for determining the value of your home would be to contact a trusted Realtor in your area and ask for a complimentary Market Analysis.

Zestimate is not base on size alone. You might want to consider checking the price history and tax history. Just a heads up, Zestimate is just a starting point to know a home's market value. The more data that we have, the more accurate Zestimate will be; you can update your home facts but we can't guarantee what direction the change may go, if it will increase or decrease, or if it will have an effect at all. If it will, you would need to wait for 8 weeks or so for it to reflect.
