Why does zillow value my home significantly lower than other units in my complex? Please correct.

We are on Longen Lane Sqft: 1,673 with 3BR/2.5 Bath valued at $669K while our neighbors most with inferior view are priced at over $700K

I'm sure Zillow's Zestimate strives to be as accurate as possible but can only do so much as an automated system. It can not take into account values of stunning views, lot position or rare expensive materials-only calculable figures such as lot size, sqft & bed/bath count. Try to help the system by correcting any errors in your property. Encourage others in your neighborhood to do the same. For a very detailed estimate of your homes value, contact a reputable Realtor for a custom market analysis. Good luck.

If you claim the property as owner on Zillow, then you can make adjustments for improved kitchen, bathroom remodels, etc. It will appear as "Owner's Estimate". Add important features of value under "Other." This info becomes visibile to potential buyers. Good luck!!

Assuming yours is 355 Longden Lane, I would follow Susannas suggestion. Regardless, your home is worth what its worth, Zillow or no Zillow. PS....Eppraisal says your home is worth $562,286.
