zillow gets map information from BING so it's wrong there or some combination.
the best thing to do is claim it and edit it so that you KNOW it is correct.
thereis info in the FAQs that tell you how to claim it and edit details.
you can also watch these videos on youtube for more help. you mention the sqft is wrong- you might check county records and get that corrected there because whatever is wrong on county records will be wrong on zillow, trulia and all other such sites.
