This home, 3471 B Street, la Verne, CA 91750 has had a very peculiar history on Zillow. At one time it was "Zestimated at over $100,000 more than (extremely) similar homes in the area. This home does not have any special amenities than most other homes nearby.
I have to drive by the home every day as it is located on a popular neighborhood thoroughfare. Last week, there were different cars in the driveway and it did appear that different people were moving in. No sign was ever placed in their yard. When I did a search on Redfin.com, it reports the property is "off market" which is a term I have never heard or read about. It's possible that the owners merely rented their property, but that doesn't explain why the old zestimate was always ~ridiculously~ higher than neighboring homes and why its missing from Zillow altogether now. Well, that would be a shame if Zillow just refused to post a selling price just because they over zestimated!

When Zillow did some clean up of their databases to get rid of duplicates, a few houses lost their original data. I've noticed a few of these have repopulated, but apparently not in your area. No conspiracies!

Is the house for sale? Apparently Zillow does not like to post values that may be in contradiction with prices.

What is the address? It is tough to answer your question without knowing which home you are speaking of.

Why doesn't Zillow place an estimate on this house? It used to have one, now you can just use it fo
