Why doesn't my listing appear searching by city/state of my mailing address?But it appears by Zip co

My house listing does not appear when I search using city/state. However it appears when using zip code. I live in the country, outside the village limits, but many buyers may not know the zip code for my area/town, only the name. So how can potential buyers find my listing, if the listing is not attached to the name of the town?
