Why doesnt my house show that it was sold?

There are two reasons:
a. The agent that had it listed hasn't marked it.
b.  The government database that uploads to Zillow hasn't been updated yet.   (I see this taking between 1 and 6 months, with occassional longer periods as the government adds furlough days)
