Facts such as changes in square footage may (may is intentional) affect Zestimate.  As Sunnyview mentioned, it may take more than a month to appear.

Upgrades, views, spectacular landscaping etc are not part of the formula so will not affect the Zestimate.

Some home facts changes may increase your Zestimate. The changes that you make will show up immediately, but if those changes affect your Zestimate that takes longer or about 6-8 weeks from what I read from Zillow.
