Why don't you update the ' last sold' and current tax date, 2007 is a bit old.

The home in question (just listed) is at 601 S 5th St, Hamilton, MT. We purchased it in 04/2008, but Zillow does not show that (it's marked just ---), and the tax info has also not been updated since your 2007 report date, it is public record, therefore it is quite misleading to potential Buyers regarding current value of properties. You have no problem charging for your service, but there is no customer service inquiry number for questions.

Zillow does not collect the data from the thousands of county records offices themselves.  They pay data collection companies that specialize in public records data collections for their areas.  Zillow updates the data when the provider companies provide it.  Zillow has no control of when the data gets provided.

Zillow has at least 4 phone numbers that I have seen posted all over this website, including one on your profile page (under credit cards).
