Why give nearest schools when they are not the schools attended?

I live at 8411 Buck Run in San Antonio, TX.  For all the houses in our neighborhood, you list the nearest schools, but they are in a different school district.  Callaghan Road is the dividing line.  Our children attend Northside ISD schools:  Colonies North Elementary, Hobby Middle School, and Clark High School.  Nearby Health Careers High School is one of the best in the nation.  You are giving possible buyers the wrong impression.  By the way, this neighborhood is called The Foothills.  Adjacent neighborhood, off both sides of Wurzbach Rd., is called Colonies North.  Put a little effort into your research.

Hello,

Please keep in mind that a Realtor is not always driving the data you see on Zillow.  Zillow does not feed from school district websites so the info you are looking for should be sought out from the school district websites directly.

Look Zillow is not the be all end all in real estate, it is a 'general  overview' and they do not suggest that they are accurate.....use a Realtor to figure out prices for your homes and use the public school system websites to know what school district a house is in......

This is a problem that might be hard for Zillow to address corectly.  In my area of southwest FL we have school "choice".  New arrivals to our school system are assigned their school based upon the school system availability.  That could be a school many miles across town.  Many unfortunate new arrivals to our area buy next door to a school they like and find out that is not the school their kids will be attending.  After several years in the system a student and their parents develop certain rights of choice and may choose to go wherever they want.  As a real estate professional, when schools are an issue,  I advise buyers to consult the school system before making a decision to buy.
