Why has my home plunged in value far more than any other home on my street?

Why has Zillow dropped the price of my home more than any other home on my street? And, there is  a multi-family icon on our property.   It makes no sense and hurts us as we try to put our home on the market.  Buyers look at Zillow.

Prices are still declining in a number of the North Shore communities, basically due to the oversupply of homes for sale.
You are correct that buyers do look at Zillow, but most are looking at the location and the Home's Features & Details.
Therfore as an owner you may and should go onto your house site on Zillow, make the corrections, describe any improvements, as well as the distinctive features and/or amenities. Photos may also be added.

If your buyers are working with a smart real estate agent they will promptly be informed that zilloe home values are notoriously useless. Focus on working with your seller agent to market the property appropriately.
