Why has my zestimate fallen 50% in 6 months while other similar houses int he area have risen 5%?

My home's zestimate has fallen almost 50% in 6 months for no real reason. The exact same house on a similar lot located 200 yards down the street has risen 5% in value during the same period. This makes no sense and I'd like to get someone at Zillow to help me out.
