Good question. Something similar has occurred regarding my studio co-op.Only yesterday Zillow sent an e-mail notice of an INCREASE in the Zestimate of approx. $60,000. Today(,just one day later), Zillow sends notice of a Zestimate DECREASE of approximately $100,000! This follows a recent purchase offer.( One that I refused )It's hard to believe Zillow could be so sloppy.SO, I wonder: Is it possible for manipulative or disgruntled real estate people to enter bogus information? Any thoughts?A.
