I can only guess, but there were two HUGE closings in the market on the beach (one at over $13 million, and one over $16 million), which would definitely create an unusual blip on the screen. Those are not the norms, of course, but the market is definitely heating up, based on my own business and based on the daily activity showing in our Multiple Listing Service.
