There must be a bug in the Zillow calculation. All the other indices show prices falling in A2 including the AAABOR and OFHEO.

According to the zestimator it fell 9k in the last 30 days.  The value can go up if the owner made improvements or a similar property sold close by for more money or if there are multiple offers.
