Why have all the zestimates disappeared from my neighborhood only to be replaced w/ assessment data?

My neighborhood's zestimate values have been gone for about 2 months or so and in its place is the public tax assessment value.  Why is this?

Richmond Virginia, our neighborhood is a crazy combination anything from new builds, million dollar homes, abandoned homes that should get knocked down, old tiny 50 or more yr old homes, and of coarse my perfect little starter home built in 1980. I would like to see the Zestimate banned in VA

Where are you located?  ZIllow has had some problems with appraisal laws in certain states.
