Why haven't my reviews showed up?

I sent out multiple requests to clients for their review.  2 have told me they did the review yesterday (1/11/12), but they are not on my account. Right now I have no reviews.  Thank you. Christine Morelli

Hi Christine -

I also want to add that your clients can actually check the status of their review. So if there are any violations or a review was rejected, they have the option to edit and re-submit the review.

Reviews go through moderation (as described in the FAQ), so once they are submitted they don't appear instantly.  Usually they are there within a couple of business days, sometimes a week sometimes a bit longer.
