Why is $1450 listed as the price for this property?

Best guess is that the realty company is trying to work around the zillow system, and that's the rental price. I've looked up several houses for "low" prices, and when I contacted the salesperson, it was lease to own, and the listed price was the monthly lease agreement.

Any way we could get the zillow admins to remove this kind of bunk?
