You can use the flag feature on the listing and scroll down to "property sold". Zillow's staff will take it down.

There are a lot of listings on Zillow that are sold and have been sold for a while. Zillow is not tied to the MLS system with instance updates - so they will list "most" properties -but do not go back and remove the listing once it is sold - in a timely manner - and at all. (I currently have at least one listing that sold a year ago that I can not get removed from Zillow - and several lower priced listings that Zillow has not listed - and I can not add). Realtor (its a .com site) is actively tied into the mls and does updates at least every 15minutes if not more often. The property is removed from Realtor once it is no longer in active status (pending sales) - and is put back on if the sale falls thru and the property goes "back on market". An agent does not have to pay advertising dollars to Realtor for their listings to be on the site - or for Realtor to remove them once they are no longer available. Good luck on your search

Why is 322 E. Lindbergh Blvd, TX, 78148 still on Zillow. I just found out that it was sold in June!
