Zillow tends to be a few months behind. Although they claim that their data is updated quickly from various sources, I have found they often tend to at least a month behind.
The best source for up to date listings is directly from the Northstar MLS. Any Realtor can set you up to receive an auto email of listings that meet your criteria. If you do this, you will be notified of new listings within minutes when they go on the market.
As a Realtor, I can set you up to get this email and can customize it to any criteria that you like.

I think that you can claim your house and edit or remove the description. Go to your main home page and under the house photo is a yellow "Edit" pencil. That menu has an option to "Claim your home". If the system will not let you edit, you can try just replacing the description with a "." or your own.
If that does not work, you can use "Report a problem with listing" in that same Edit menu to ask Zillow to remove the agent's old description. Hope it helps.

The verbiage you describe is left over from when the home was previously on the market in 2009. Zillow doesn't show it as being for sale although the description is misleading.

Why is 5632 102nd Ct in Brooklyn Park described as though it's for sale when it's not?
