Why is ZILLOW so hard to use?

I find it hard to use Zillow. I am having a heck of a time useing the "post a home" feature and add a link feature. How do you get help?

Zillow will give you help on listings through the board here or will reply and then provide email support. Other agents on the board are also very helpful so if you have specific question/concern ask away and I'm sure somebody will step up to lend a hand.
