I appreciate the advice. What is confusing to me though is my neighbor and I share a common wall in a town home complex with 4 units. My neighbor and I have the exact same floor plan and they are valued at $80K higher than my unit. Basically the same home other than upgrades that I have put into the unit, the courtyard and I get more sun light.

Most likely there is an error in the property characteristics in the Assesssor's data base.  You can compare the characteristics of your property to that of your neighbors by going to the Assessor's eproperty file at http://info.kingcounty.gov/Assessor/eRealProperty/default.aspx and searching by your addresses.  Remember any changes you report to the Assessor may result in an increase (or decrease) in your property taxes.
