Which information is incorrect? If home details (rooms, square feet, lot square feet) or location of the icon on the map, the agent can indeed correct those data.
If the Zestimate is the "incorrect information", be aware it is a calculated value from the public facts. Zillow's opinion of value only. IMHO, the Zestimate range (further down the page) is more important than the single number called the Zestimate. The owner or agent (whoever has currently claimed the home on Zillow) can put comments in the "owner's comments" on why they think the Zestimate is incorrect.

Sorry Surbiton, but I've answered that question for you several times before. Asking again does not change my opinion.
And it doesn't change the opinion of fair minded people who have issues with flaws in the zestimate algorithm and poor data management that leads to erroneous valuations that Zillow refuse to correct. That is simply outrageous by any standards.

I swear. Sometimes this place is a little like a bad roadhouse where the jukebox has only one scratched record. And that record is played over and over and over........
it's my First Amendment right - same as people on here say it's Zillows right to peddle this garbage.

Q: Can websites censor things I say online?
A: First Amendment only applies to government actors, and not to private website operators. Therefore, assuming the website is acting on its own, and not at the request or on the behalf of some state or federal government authority, no First Amendment right is violated. However, a customer's relationship with a website is usually governed by a set of "Terms & Conditions" that are agreed to during the registration or access process. Those Terms & Conditions will usually identify the grounds for removal of communications or termination of the customer's account. Such user terms and conditions are usually enforced by the courts. Attribution.

30 days ago I asked my agent to have the information corrected, they turned it over to there IT department and was assured they tried. Last week. I looked up my house that is listed 338,000 with a locar broker and it was listed for 314,000 5 days ago I looked it up and it was listed for 300,400. I have not changed the listed price. I decided that "Z" could not correct the information then they could remove the listing. The responce was "NO", no to fixing the information, no to removing the listing, No, No, No!!!
I in the past spoke highly of the APP but now I know they can not be trusted! And I will be on a campaign to spread the word. It is intresting that TRULIA and Zillow do not match the real estate listings in the US are totally messed up. But if I were trying to be the biggest in the field I would try to be the most accurate but apparently Zillow does not take pride in being accurate only how much money they can make. Now it is time for me to do an evaluation of the software. it Sucks! And customer service is worse!

Which was incorrect? the Zillow Zestimate or the 'For Sale' price on Zillow?
If it's the For Sale price, the originating or 3rd party source is where the 'For Sale' price is suppose to originate. Check to see if THAT price is incorrect. If it's incorrect on that site, it's wrong on practically every site on the internet.
If the 'For Sale' price is wrong only on Zillow, flag it for correction.

What Emery said..
When Zillow can't even help paying customers get an incorrect listing corrected what hope is there for garbage zestimates. My case rests.

I'm sorry but I'm still not clear what information is "the information" on the listing is incorrect. Is the listing/asking price incorrect or are you concerned that you disagree with the Zestimate (Zillow's opinion of value)?
If the asking price (for sale price) is incorrect on your property on Zillow, then it may be because of the data feed having an error. You can determine this by opening your property details page, scrolling to the bottom and clicking on the listing source (in blue) to see if it is giving the correct asking price.
If you wish to remove the for sale listing of the property on Zillow, your agent can do so. Users cannot remove the basic information on the property from Zillow, nor the Zestimate.

The listing price, my asking price! I have been very clear on the issue. Sorry you don't understand! Apparently Zillow does not understand either!

If your asking price is incorrect, then you need to trace down the source of the asking price. Zillow does not create "asking prices", nor do they change them manually. Information on how to find the source of the erroneous asking price have been provided in previous responses to this thread.

User if you are comfortable doing so, post the address or a link to the Zillow listing, and someone may be able to point you in the right direction.

"It is intresting that TRULIA and Zillow do not match the real estate listings in the US are totally messed up."
user, I am a little confused about the question you are asking, but if your for sale price on Zillow is wrong your agent can correct it by submitting your correct listing price through Postlets for free.
Zillow gets listing from agents directly, but does not pick them up off the local MLS so if there is a listing price or price change the best way to keep it up to date is by sending Zillow a feed that updates automatically.
Zillow also has a Zestimate listed on the page, but if it is listed for sale, it drops down to the middle or the page so it is less prominent. It is not a listing price, appraisal or market value and is an estimate only. However, the Zestimate does not automatically match the listing price or change at all when you list for sale. If you feel that it is incorrect, you (or your agent) might consider adding a Zestimate comment and some great photos. That is the best way to show people looking at your house that there is more that your house has to offer than what Zillow can see.

Hi user402574 -
I was able to check your flag and the property. Sorry for the confusion but your property is not listed for sale in Zillow. What we have for your property is the Zestimate which is just a starting point to know a home's market value and not an appraisal or asking price of a property.
I'll further work with you offline.

Yea, that was what I thought. Listing prices wouldn't fluctuate like that... All that crying and it is not even listed on Zillow.

user402574, I hear your frustration, but I think that you may be confusing the Zestimate from Zillow and your listing price. They are not the same thing.
A "For Sale" listing and the listing price must be sent to Zillow by your agent directly if you want that on your home page. Right not it is not listed for sale here on Zillow. Houses that are for sale on Zillow look like this here. They have a red icon on the map and say "For Sale" at the top of the page with the listing price.
The "price" you are seeing at the top of your home page is not a price at all. It is Zillow's Z-estimate of your house's value. It is not a listing price and may not even be the true market value of your home to a buyer.
If you want your house listed for sale, ask your agent about marketing it on Zillow. Listing your house for sale will not remove the Zestimate from your page, but it makes your listing information including the list price and photos visible to buyers looking for a home.
