Why is Zillow saying I'm selling my house when I'm not? They claim I listed it for sale on 2/11/11.

I bought my house at 130 Seward Ave, Utica, NY 13502 in April 2010. Zillow has that sale listed in the property's history, but then also says the house was put on the market on 2/11/11 and there's a sale pending. That's false. Where do they get this stuff?
