Why is Zillow still showing an old outdated listing and not the newer one?

My property concluded a six month listing and did not sell.  I then proceeded to relist the home for sale with a new listing agent.  My new agent prepared a revised listing showing newer and updated photographs along with a revised asking price. This listing now shows up at almost every internet Real Estate site including Realestate.com.  However, Zillow is still showing the old listing with the terminated RE agent.  Why hasn't Zillow updated my listing?  This property is located at 5710 W. Sunnyside av. Chicago, Illinois, 60630.  The new listing agent is Mr. Frank Polancic and his telephone number is RE/MAX Premier Properties @ 312-286-4706.

The old listing needs to be removed by the old agent. You can also flag the listing and let Zillow know what the problem is. Hopefully this gets taken care of.

The reason the old listing is still showing is because the previous agent still has an active listing feeding to Zillow.  Here's a link to the source of the old listing on Zillow.   You or your new agent need to contact the agent identified on the link above and ask them to cancel completely the source.  As long as it is active, it has priority in the feed stream to a new listing.
