You can make the change yourself quickly and easily. If you claim your house here you will be able to edit your home facts here It is quick and easy to do. You can update square footage, schools, bed/bath count, year built, lot size, home style etc. for yourself. It may make your Zestimate more accurate too.  I was able to change my style, year built, bath count. It was easy and the home facts change was immediate. Hope the links are helpful.
