I agree; something is "wrong". No two estimates should be "exactly the same" unless there was "collusion" or they used the same software and didn't account for all the details.
Zillow doesn't offer a "price"; that is only up to you and your agent. You can post any price you want, including $38 trillion. And no one will care a bit.

I would like for you to take my price off,,if you can not do it right,,,than do not do it at all. I just had 2 realtors come out. Both were exactly the same. You are off by $45K which is huge>>>>Since there has been no public record for the last 39 years...maybe something is wrong. we are the original owners .

Zillow doesn't offer appraisals; only machine generated opinions of approximate value based on minimal public records data, minimal owner/agent revised data, and recently sold home ownership units in the area.
The bigger the discrepancy between the list price and the machine opinion, the more people that open the home details page, and the faster things sell, regardless of which way the list price is off.
If you want the estimate "changed", just change the size of the house and the amount you paid, and the date you bought and the tax assessed value.
The estimate changes 3 times a week automatically. There is no intervention except correcting the info that is used to calculate the estimates.
If you don't like the machine editorial opinion, you can try any of hundreds of other free estimate sites, such as:
