Why is it that my house is always rated lower when my neighbors have same or smaller houses and less

Profile picture for rlivermore
My house has more sq.ftg. and more rooms, yet is listed lower than my neighbors.  I do not like this. My address is 1312 Masterpiece Dr. Hope Mills, NC 28348  Cypress Lakes Village Lot 68

Are you selling your house? If so you will probably use a professional and the buyer will probably come with an agent so its not really going to be a problem.
What I suggest, go in and claim your home, top right, pull open "my Zillow' and claim your home and update the information.
Good luck to you!
