Just ask a Realtor, most will give you a free CMA and will take into account your land, Zillow bases everything off sq ft and surrounding homes. Happy New Year

Zillow is poor at valuing land in areas such as yours. Obviously your home is worth more than one on smaller acreage. An appraisal or Realtor CMA might give you a better and more accruate value.

Why is my Home on 2.3 acres valued the same as a smaller home on the same size lot?
