We do not have a way to include upgrades and work you've done on your home into a Zestimate. We do, however, offer the option to add an owner comment about your Zestimate for anyone viewing your home to see. Here, you can explain upgrades that you have added to your property, why your estimate is more accurate, etc. You can add the comment in the "Charts and Data" section of your property details page. If you are signed in and the claimed owner of your home, you will see the link that says "Post a Comment."
Please note that we do not manually change Zestimates as they are computer generated and just an estimated value of your property, not meant to replace a CMA or professional appraisal. I hope this information was helpful.
