Sometimes postlets stale and take upto 48 hours to go through. If for some reason they are not going through, go back to postlets and refresh the listing, hit the renew button on the drop down menu.
Also if you are co listing the property with another agent, listhub sometimes tends to pick the primary agent and only allows one person to post to zillow at a time.

Go to your account preferences on Postlets and make sure that you have included Zillow under your syndication preferences.

Another tip make sure you login with your same email on both accounts.

I have had problems with postlets in the past. I now use eproperties.com

Why use postlets, just upload it into Zillow yourself! It is now free to do so!

@LloydCullen: Postlets give the options for listing on a lot more sites than posting directly on Zillow.

We use Postlets all the time and have had little to know problems. Postlest also lets us provide links to our Philadelphia for sale by owner website lick here [website deleted by Zillow moderator. Please see our Good Neighbor Policy]

Why is my Postlet not on Zillow?
• From the time you create the Postlet, it takes 24-48 hrs to get to Zillow. So, if you just created it, please wait 1-2 days to see it on Zillow.
• The listing is already on Zillow by someone else. This is usually because the agent already posted it on Zillow but the homeowner didn't know that, so they created a Postlet. If the listing is already on Zillow, we block the listing so we don't have duplicates.
• FSBO Postlet listings will not show in their (the FSBO's) Zillow profile. Unlike agent listings, the Postlet won't match up to the Zillow profile. So you'll have to find the listing by searching for the address.
• They didn't activate it on Postlets- it's still in draft mode in Postlets
• They don't have Zillow checked as a syndication preference in Postlets
If none of the above scenarios apply to you, please get in touch with Postlets Help here.
