i have a similar question. Why is our Zestimate MUCH lower than the exact same floorplans in the same development? my son just purchased his condo this month and a very similar one, same model, was also sold this month. selling price for both units were within $2,000 yet the zestimate is about $38,000 difference. there is also one that is pending sale and zestimate difference is $36,000, selling price difference of $1,000. we have seen the other two properties and believe ours is in equal or better condition, yet our zestimate is way below the other two. properties are in san jose, ca

If you have two separate tax parcels, there is nothing you can do about that except for post in the description a reference to the second parcel, and post in the comment about the Zestimate the effect of the second parcel.
The database is not configured to allow second related parcels taxed separately. There have been several other threads on the issue. But there just are not enough of those kinds of properties to warrant rebuilding the entire database.

Why is my Zestimate MUCH lower than the exact same floorplans in the neighborhood?
