Why is my client showing up as buyer's agent for homes that are not her listings?

A client of mine (real estate agent) recently joined Zillow, and twice in the past week she has gotten emails from leads interested in homes that are not her listings. The leads are for homes which are in a different state entirely. Here is one example:

How can she prevent this from happening?

Agents will get contacts about listings that aren't theirs. However, they should be within their dedicated service area.

Please have the agent contact me so we can look into this issue further. You can reach me at matthewa at Zillow dot com.

Thanks,

She might need to check and see what areas are chosen in her profile.  There might be a city name or a zip code that are incorrect and that is getting them into her leads.

The other thing is that people who sign up to advertise with Zillow will get their names as buyers agents as a resource to buyers who are using the site.  It doesn't necessarily mean that they represent the property.  Trulia does this too.
