Why is my home's zestimate increasing?

I have noticed that the zestimate for my home has increased $10,000 in the last 30 days.  I would like to find out what is causing this so I can do what I can to ensure that it either continues to increase or at least maintains its current valuation.  Can you provide this information or is it just some huge automatic algorithm that can't be broken down that simply?  Thank you.
