because the guesstimate guessed wrong. it's o.k. it happens. We can reasonably assume from a simliar finish out on the inside that your property is indeed worth more. is it fair that this website says otherwise; maybe not.

It is a rough guide to the property value and nothing else. Only look at $ sold per SQ ft and add one the cost of the pool

Why is my home estimated for so low compared to homes of lower size and just accross the street.
