Why is my home estimated less than others on same street?

I live on Hammontree Cir. Urbandale, IA 50322

Just noticed for some reason my house is listed less than the rest curious why and also what I can do to increase that.

Thank you both.  I was just a little shocked since my house on exterior alone seems to be greater than other homes that look to be not taken care of at all.

Information contained on Zillow is not accurate, most of the time. I've sent them sold comps which they completely ignored. If you want accurate information, ask a Realtor for comparable sales in your area through the local Multiple Listing Service.

Nationally, the Zestimate has a median error rate of 6.9%, which means half of the Zestimates in an area are closer than the error percentage and half are farther off. For example, in Seattle, Zestimates for half of the homes are within 6.6% of the selling price, and half are off by more than 6.6%.

To improve Zestimate accuracy, Zillow allows homeowners to edit their home facts and then they incorporate this information into their Zestimate calculations.

Edit your home facts. Since Zillows data comes from public records, the information can be outdated or missing. Since the amount of data Zillow has for a home affects the Zestimate accuracy, it is important that you review your home facts and update the information, if necessary. By updating your home details, it could affect the Zestimate. See "how to update your home facts" in the help section.

By updating your home facts (such as number of bedrooms or square footage), your Zestimate value could be affected. To update your facts, you must first "Claim Your Home" also available in the help section.

Once you have claimed your home, verify the home facts are correct. Update the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, home size or lot size by clicking "Edit home information." You can also add architectural style, roof type, heat source, building amenities and more.
